Are you a law firm?
We are a registered and bonded legal document preparation service (OCLDA #000518). Although nothing is a substitute for good legal advice, our clients choose us because their situations are not complicated and they want high-quality legal documents without having to pay for legal advice they aren't looking for.
Where are you located?
We are an online service, so our process does not include face-to-face client meetings. That being said, we are headquartered in Irvine, California and proudly serve clients from all over the state .
What does the $395 price include?
Our incredibly affordable price of $395 includes the entire Living Trust bundle (Contents listed on next page). If you wish to create a Quitclaim Deed to transfer real estate into your trust, we can do them for $65 per property.

How do I sign my final documents?
Every Living Trust Bundle includes crystal clear step-by-step signing instructions and live phone and email support. Once your everything is signed, you'll visit your local bank or AAA to get your signature notarized.
